...Welcome to my life...
There is this cd box that Charisse would normally ask an adult to open for her. Normally, I would act like as if I am trying so hard to open the box but in the end, would give up and say, "sorry, mommy cannot open the box." And when I give up, she'd usually let it go. But this time, to my surprise, she looked up at me, her face wearing a smile the sweetest you'd ever see and then suddenly I hear the word "pleaseeeeeeeeee?" coming out of her mouth! Awwwww, I was caught unprepared and charmed that not a single second passed, the box immediately flew open!
Few weeks before coming back here with us, her titas taught her to say "please", and how to use it. I tell you, she uses it a lot every day! She learned that she might not get want she asks immediately but an instant "please" will do the trick!

While listening to Martin's "Unchanging Love" - Super Beautiful
It's almost 12 in the midnight and yet, as usual, I am still awake. Yesterday, I realized that some women might take this rare opportunity to relax and unwind. Probably go to the city to shop til they drop, now that the Great Singapore Sale has begun. I don't know, maybe I am not used to spending for stuff I don't really need nor is planning to buy, sale or no sale.
Anyway, today is a very tiring day. I started about the same time as yesterday, was very happy to heat the microwavable spaghetti fettucini for lunch. It took me 6mins to heat it and about 3 mins to consume it.
Dust already very visible from every corner, I took a broom to sweep the floor. Waaaah, the corner I am supposed to clean up became the every corner of the house, the room, and the kitchen!
Cooked and iron the clothes. Oh, and I hurt my left index finger when it was caught in between the ironing board and its legs, huhuhu. That's it! I'm sure glad that the day is ending and am very excited to see my daughter again tomorrow. Woohoo! I'll leave the office very early to get there on time, I can't wait!

Home Alone - Day 1
Surprisingly, I was able to actually eat twice today. I thought I would just lie in my bed and wait til Monday come. Woke up at 10.30 am to read four text messages from hubby: (1) Waiting at the gate (2) On board the plane (3) Arrived (4) Met the welcome band I prepared for him, kidding! at 11.30, I finally decided to stretch, sit, and begin the first step of my journey in a fine Saturday morning without a hubby and a baby...
I was able to heat the left over from yesterday's dinner (rice + sinigang) for my lunch. I was able to open a bottle of snapple (grape) and actually put it in a glass with ice!
Watched Trip na Trip and GKNB from TFC, then tuned in to Universal channel for a marathon of Crime & Investigation - Criminal Intent. I like the C & I - Special Victim Unit more.
5PM, after taking a shower, I went out to buy SPAM lite and 2 local magazines (SimplyHer and Young Parents). If Reader's Digest was out as early as SimplyHer, I would have bought this one too.
Cooked half of the spam for dinner and reheat the left over (x2) rice. I also added an egg with that, and unfortunately, I didn't know that we were running out of ketchup :( So, I didn't enjoy the spam and egg as much as I would if I have plenty of ketchup.
Washed the dishes, stored the left over sinigang inside a container, washed the dishes again. The clothes that hubby washed yesterday were dry already, so I folded and kept them while watching Entertainment Live from TFC.
And wow! I made it through the day! Now I am so happy to know that I only have one day left to worry and come after office on Monday, I will see both hubby and baby again.

Hubby is flying back home in less than 6 hours to fetch our darling daughter back here. And until he came back (Monday evening), I will be very lonely :'( Looking forward, baby will be here in a zap that being left here alone would be bearable.
Knowing my self, hubby cooked sinigang for dinner that is also enough until tomorrow evening for me to eat :D We also stuff our fridge with microwable goodies, juice, and easy to cook meat, hahaha! I must admit, I am lazy. But I must defend myself -- I am hard working sometimes when it comes to house hold chores and all; 100% dedicated to my hubby and child, focus with my office work always.
So, how?
